Natalie Citarelli
Natalie Citarelli is originally from New York. She began her career in real estate in 1999 at the age of 18 when she was hired by Hough and Guidice Realty as their bookkeeper and office manager. She then received her nursing degree in 2003 while still employed at the real estate company. Later that year she decided to move to Florida. She was hired by Children First as a pediatric nurse. She specialized in children with disabilities. While doing nursing she received her Realtors license and practiced that as well as mortgages for about 8 years. Real estate became her passion.
In 2005 she decided to take her passion for real estate to another level by investing in residential housing, flipping houses as well buying up properties to rent. In her words, “letting my money work for me”.
After 13 years of selling homes in Central Florida, she decided to open her own real estate company and formed Citarelli Realty Group in 2016. Networking she says is always paramount when trying to grow a business. After 13 years in the Orlando area she amassed a great deal of contacts and business associates with whom felt comfortable referring friends, family and business associates to Citarelli Realty Group. She currently has 8 licensed real estate agents working alongside her, the team focusing as a boutique brokerage in order that they can meet all their client’s needs. Ms. Citarelli says, “If you’re genuine and try to get to know your client, all the while looking out for their best interest, they will remain loyal for many years to come”. Citarelli Realty Group offers buyer rebates to their clients, so they can have their dream home. They will meet or beat any full listing commission to their sellers. Her motto is, “Honesty and Reliability is the key to our success”. All her agents are experienced in sales in all Central Florida. They pride themselves in their dedication to clients, making their home buying or selling experience not just pleasurable but seamless.
In closing, Ms. Citarelli attributes her success to that of growing up in a household whereby focus, determination, passion and a strong work ethic will guarantee that you will achieve all your goals.
